Air Fryer Tofu

Ingredients
- 16 oz. extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions
- press tofu 15 minutes with towel and heavy object
- cut into 1-inch cubes
- toss tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar
- add cornstarch and seasonings, toss to coat
- arrange in single layer in air fryer basket
- cook at 400 F for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway
- serve when golden and crispy
