Ingredients
Tofu Puffs
- 375g firm tofu (1 pack)
- 2 tbsp. corn flour (rice or potato flour
- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. gochugaru
Serving
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- rice
Directions
- press tofu
- cut tofu into 1 in. by 1 in. squares, half in. thick
- mix corn flour and oil
- coat tofu slabs with flour/oil paste
- bake tofu slabs 20 min., flipping halfway
- mix sauce ingredients
- toss tofu with sauce while hot
- serve
