Ingredients

Tofu Puffs

  • 375g firm tofu (1 pack)
  • 2 tbsp. corn flour (rice or potato flour
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower oil

Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. gochugaru

Serving

  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • rice

Directions

  1. press tofu
  2. cut tofu into 1 in. by 1 in. squares, half in. thick
  3. mix corn flour and oil
  4. coat tofu slabs with flour/oil paste
  5. bake tofu slabs 20 min., flipping halfway
  6. mix sauce ingredients
  7. toss tofu with sauce while hot
  8. serve
