Ingredients
sauce:
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
noodles:
- 1 package Maifun noodles (4 oz.)
- 12 oz. firm tofu, drained
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- baby carrots, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- salt
- chopped scallions
- sesame seeds
- 2 green onions
Directions
- cook noodles, drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside
- mix sauce ingredients and set aside
- cube tofu
- add 1 tbsp. oil to skillet over medium heat
- cook tofu then set aside on paper towel and season with salt
- stir fry onion and carrot
- add peas, continue to stir fry for 2 min.
- transfer vegetables to bowl
- add 1 tbsp. oil to skillet and stir fry noodles for 2 min.
- stir in tofu and vegetables
- stir in curry powder and tumeric
- stir in sauce
- remove from heat, serve with scallions and sesame seeds
