Ingredients
- 16 oz. extra firm tofu
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. seasoning
- curry powder,
- chili powder, or
- cumin
- 1 tbsp. oil
Directions
- drain tofu
- wrap tofu in paper towel
- press out moisture with a heavy object for five minutes
- unwrap tofu and cut into small cubes
- add to a medium mixing bowl and season
- heat a skillet over medium heat
- add oil and seasoned tofu then stir fry for five minutes
- bake in skillet for fifteen minutes
