Ingredients
- 1 artichoke
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
- clip stem from Artichoke
- place in pot stem down
- add 2 inches water
- add vinegar
- place lid on pot and boil at medium-high for 45 min.
- make sure that water doesn’t boil off
- pull leaf and taste to determine done
