Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of chicken
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- 3 bay leaves
- approx. 1 cup of water
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- add sesame oil and sautee onion and garlic
- add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and bay leaves
- brown the chicken
- add soy sauce, vinegar, and water, bring to a boil
- turn down heat, cover pot and let simmer for 20 minutes
- take lid off and let simmer until sauce reduced

Serve with rice.
