Ingredients
sauce:
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
stir fry:
- 6 oz. ramen noodles
- three packets of instant ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 diced carrots
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 3 chopped green onions
- 3 cups chopped vegetables
- 1 diced tofu block
- corn meal
- 2 tbsp. mirin or rice vinegar
Directions
- shake sauce ingredients together in mason jar
- prepare and drain noodles
- warm skillet with sesame oil on high heat
- fry tofu for 5 min.
- add vegetables, fry for 5 more min.
- pour mirin over skillet
- add cooked noodles and sauce (to taste), combine
- fry for 2 min.
- serve with fresh green onions
